That depends on the goal of our session. If we are decluttering, your input is essential as only you can make the final decision on what stays and what goes. However, once the sorting is done or if your session is for organising only, you are welcome to leave the rest to us. We handle all the heavy lifting and physical setup, allowing you to step away while we expertly organise your belongings back into their new systems.

We start by categorising your items, turning a mountain of "stuff" into manageable groups so it’s much easier for you to make decisions. We’ll gently guide you through the decision making process, helping you choose what truly works for your life today. Once the decisions are made, we’ll expertly organise your space and personally take your unwanted items to a local charity, ensuring they find a wonderful new home.

We don't bring products as standard, but we’ll advise on what you might need during your consultation. We always recommend decluttering first; often, you’ll find you already have plenty of storage once the excess is gone. Once the space is clear, we can then help you choose the perfect solutions for what remains.

Please don’t feel you need to "pre-tidy"—we want to see your home exactly as it is so we can understand your struggles and help you fix them. We’ve seen it all before, and we’re only here to support you, not to judge.
